Back in 2008, I made the decision that I was going to put my college life on pause and join the military to serve my country. I served from October 2008 until January 2016 in the US Army. I then went back to my hometown and put my admin skills to the test, starting in 2014 as a clerk and promoted to the Warden's Secretary at the Wynne Unit in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice until September 2017. My family and I then moved to San Antonio, TX and I continued my career with TDCJ as the Warden's Secretary at the Dominguez State Jail until October 2018. At that time, I realized that my calling was to be a Real Estate Agent. I took a leap of faith and studied to become a Real Estate Agent, officially gaining my license in August 2019.
